Shipping & Delivery

Everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. During peak periods this can take slightly longer.

Tracked delivery

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (and/or in your account) so you can follow your parcel end-to-end.

If you need help, contact our team with your order number and we’ll sort it quickly.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the moment your order is dispatched. You’ll see the most accurate options at checkout.

UK

  • Standard Tracked: typically 2–4 business days
  • Express Tracked: typically 1–2 business days

International

  • EU: typically 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide: typically 5–12 business days

Remote areas can take longer. If you’re ordering for a specific date, we recommend choosing an express option where available.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation with your tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the first scan.

Where to find tracking

  • Dispatch email (check spam/junk)
  • Your account order history (if logged in)

Common tracking notes

  • “Label created” = packed, awaiting carrier scan
  • “In transit” = moving through the network
  • “Out for delivery” = due that day

Duties & taxes

For international deliveries, customs authorities may charge import duties/taxes. These charges are set by your country and are not controlled by us.

  • Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Couriers may contact you to collect payment before delivery.
  • If a parcel is refused due to unpaid charges, return shipping may be deducted from any refund.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address. In some cases, the carrier can offer a re-delivery or collection option.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost, we’ll help quickly.

  • Damaged: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
  • Missing: if tracking hasn’t updated for several days, send us your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
